Struttura molto bella , pulita e sistemata,letti comodi,c’è a disposizione praticamente tutto . Proprietaria molto gentile . Vicino al mare . Bagno molto bello e doccia spaziosa , .ce la luce anche per lo spazio esterno comodo per mettersi fuori a chiacchierare

Pultroppo c’è solo un parcheggio a disposizione per chi la prenota per più persone scomodo anche se c’è un parcheggio abbastanza vicino del supermercato sempre aperto. Come paese non c’è molto però è vicino a molti paesi più grandi e con più vita . Mancava il posacenere per fuori.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso questa struttura. Organizzata in modo funzionale, è adatta per fruire di una vacanza sia a breve che a lungo termine. Gli spazi sono comodi, l'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e accessoriato di ogni strumento (pentole, piatti, coperte, asciugamani, ecc.) La padrona di casa molto disponibile e gentile. Un'altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è il porticato e il giardino che sicuramente si può sfruttare molto bene d'estate. Positiva anche la presenza dell'aria condizionata e dell'impianto autonomo di riscaldamento. Contesto tranquillo, parcheggio incluso. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Essendo un piano terra immerso nel verde, immaginando anche di trascorrere le vacanze nel periodo estivo, potrebbero essere utili le zanzariere alle finestre e alle porte finestre. Ma è sicuramente un piccolissimo dettaglio che non influisce sull'ottima opinione che abbiamo per la struttura.

Everything desirable furnished, new, equipped kitchen, bath lotions in the bathroom and even :) after-sun oil. I recommend, contact with the owner very good. A quiet place in a closed parking.

We stayed here to attend the EnduroGP of Sanremo. This is a very clean, modern, well-constructed and decorated, well-provisioned house. The hostess and her son were very welcoming and explained all we needed to know. The property is accessed through locked gates and has a secure parking space. It is accessed up a few steps and is single-storey. It has two large bedrooms with very generous storage; one bedroom has a large double bed, the other has bunk beds. The outside seating and table get the morning sun. The property is on the always-busy and noisy Via Aurelia, but once in the house you can't really hear it, and the advantage of the location is that it's very easy to access other towns such as Sanremo or places of interest such as the fascinating Bussana Vecchia. Well-known German supermarket less than five minutes walk away.
