It was a fantastic room in a fantastic location!

The property was right across the (small) street from the ocean. I was clean, beautifully remodeled, and in great shape. Somehow, booking had assigned us to a room at the same place that we had not chosen. The host too care of us and placed us in the room we had initially wanted. There is also a great restaurant right outside the door!

Very nice apartment just a few meters from public beach - recommended!

Nice apartment in excellent location. Just a few meters from public beach - which was very important for us - and close to several bars/restaurants or shops. Apartment is part of old building, but was renovated and is fully equipped with everything what is needed to stay even longer (incl. washing machine). It was very clean. Big advantage is private parking available for guests, in fact it's located a few hundreds meters away from apartment, but anyway it was great that we didn't have to worry about looking for free spot.

Nothing serious, just be aware that it's located on the top floor of the building and there is no elevator. Also note that the water in this part of shore is not crystal clear, what may be a bit disappointing.

Lokation, direkt am Strand. Wenig Touristen, kein Problem mit Plätzen am Strand. Unten ist ein kleines Restaurant - sehr praktisch. Zum Zentrum der Stadt sind 10 min zu Fuß. In der Straße sind zwei oder drei mal die Woche irgendwelche Aktivitäten. Bettmatratzen waren angenehm. Die Rückmeldung und Reaktion von Vermieterin war schnell, freundlich und positiv - hat uns schnell nach Anfrage ein mobiles Klimagerät, Toaster und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt. Generell ist sie sehr positiv und freundlich.

Es gibt keinen Balkon oder keine Terrasse, keinen guten Blick aus den Fenstern. Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer, deswegen ist es ziemlich warm in beiden Schlafzimmern. Das zur Verfügung gestelltes mobiles Klimagerät war sehr laut, ich sollte immer auf den Kondenswasserstand im Kanister aufpassen und von Zeit zu Zeit entfernen - „sehr tolle“ Beschäftigung im Urlaub. Also, die Bequemlichkeit ist unter Frage gestellt. Die Sofa im Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich alt und in der Mitte gedruckt, so dass man von Seiten in die Mitte reinrutschen. Generell war ziemlich dreckig auf dem Boden, unter den Schlafbetten. Das Apartment scheint nicht gut gereinigt zu sein. Beim einmaligen Bettwäschewechsel sollte die Wohnung gereinigt werden nach Absprache mit Vermieterin, in der Fakt wurde nichts gereinigt, alles ist so geblieben wie zuvor. Täglich haben wir gefegt, weil der Sand sich von irgendwo eingedrungen hat, dabei waren auch die Ameisen als Mitbewohner mit dabei. Generell ist Apartment etwas veraltet und benötigt Reparatur, Nachrüstung und Austausch von einzelnen technischen und mobileren Gegenständen. Privatparkplatz gibt es nicht, ein sollte in der Straße gesucht werden, am besten in Abendstunden innerhalb der Arbeitswoche, aber tagsüber kann auch ein gefunden werden, kann halt ziemlich weit entfernt werden. Generell passt das Apartment irgendwie in das Preissegment hinein, machte uns aber keinen puren Spaß, nur mit etwas Wein😂
