The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for the week.

That we were not told beforehand that it was under construction. That there was no pool or hot tub or beach access from the condo that we had to walk down past the property next to us to get to the beach.

View and items such as chairs, frisbees and blow ups they had available for the beach that was very thoughtful. We had a different schedule for our first and last day and they were very kind in considering the right time frame with us.

It was noted that there would be construction aside from that the construction wasn’t as bad as imagined.

The underground garage parking. Didn’t have to get in a piping hot car. Loved the new pool and pool furniture and nice umbrellas.

The key pad to our unit all eaten up with salt. No instructions on how to use it. Each day after returning to the unit it would take up to 6 times trying to get in. It would be nice to leave instructions on how it works. First you need to hit the long key to reset then punch in the number then the long key again. Very important in that order. The whole unit needs to be cleaned better. Not sure who comes in to clean but they are doing a crappy job. All inside drawers and cabinets are nasty inside. I was very tempted to clean all of them myself but I didn’t do it. Including the master bedroom closet platform bed drawers, very dirty. I did not put my clothes in any of those, I kept them in the suitcase or hung some up. However oddly the tall storage closet in the bathroom was clean and I kept some clothes in there. I put extra pillow cases on it he ones I slept in because the pillows were stain and nasty. The pillows really need to be replaced and use pillow cover protectors on them. The balcony furniture are cheap and a few are cracked and not really safe to sit in. This is petty but when I took out the trash in the master bathroom the 99 cent trash can needs to be tossed all edges are broken and looks like no one can afford to spend 99 cents to replace it. The other bathroom the tub when you shower fills up with water and therefore your standing in 2 to 3 inches of water while your showering, that should be unclogged. Who ever cleaned before we arrived left all the towels and linens in the dryer. I just put them in a basket and left in the foyer, was not going to fold them. Someone left a whole bag of potatoes in a bottom cabinet and I doubled bagged and put in the refrigerator but tossed them when I left as the rules said so not leave perishable items in the fridge. I didn’t want them to rot and draw in gnats and we all know what that leads to. Couldn’t walk around barefoot for even a short time and the bottom of your feet would get dirty and black.
