The space
This secret getaway is located in the quiet area of Daytona Beach Shores, but close to many local amenities. Convenience starts with a Publix Supermarket directly across the street with a Walgreens adjacent, and restaurants and entertainment just minutes away.
Inside this oceanfront second floor condo you will enjoy a primary suite with adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and queen bed. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed complete with a bottom queen bed and twin bed on top. Both bedrooms have an ocean view. All brand new mattresses and linens provided. Another bonus is the utility room next to the hall bathroom, complete with a stacked washer and dryer!
This corner condo is equipped with a full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator, garbage disposal and large double sink and all essentials. For those that need extra beverage storage, utilize the wine cooler in the newly added beverage center. Fix all your drinks here to enjoy on the wrap around balcony, morning and nights! To relax inside, you will find a brand new comfy sectional sofa with a bonus queen sleeper inside, for any visiting family! Feel free to serve a big dinner on the brand new large dining table that seats 6 people.
All utilities, WiFi and pest control is included. All bed and bath linens provided.
Beyond the condo unit, this building offers its residents a quiet environment, one indoor pool, one outdoor pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, workout room, clubhouse, on-site building management, ample public parking, one dedicated secure basement garage parking, car wash area and secured entryways. Now, lets not forget the direct access to the beach for relaxing walks or ocean swims with family. We have beach equipment available for use.
Booking details:
~ Monthly bookings available (30+ Day stays) up to 6 months. Extensions beyond are available.
~ Leases required and will be provided upon booking acceptance.
~ For stays longer than 3 months, an additional cleaning will be scheduled.
House Rules:
~ No pets, no smoking (even on balcony), no parties, must adhere to condo building rules as posted in public areas.
~ Specific times of the year there will be restrictions for lights and activity on the beach for the sea turtle habitat. Please adhere to these posted rules to protect our little turtle residents.
