This 1000 SF unit boasts picturesque views of the beautiful Daytona Beach from the extra large private balcony. Unit faces South with fabulous unobstructed 90 Degree shoreline views from east to west. View the sunrise from the living room and the master bedroom balcony access. Large heated pool overlooks the ocean and gets sun most of the day. Unit sleeps 6. Master bedroom has king size bed, master bath and walk in shower. The management company was great. Everything was pretty good except for not having a pool and hot tub which has been down for some time now 2 years actually, or since the hurricane. I was not told that was not in working order. They had over 6 months to inform me or even change the listing. That was the reason for our vacation is having a hot tub, pool and relaxation. We didn't get that but we did get an ocean full of jellyfish . Very disappointing. Other than that place was great. I still do love Daytona.

Was not informed that the building wss under construction Monday-Friday. The drilling noise started at 8am till 5pm. One elevator was under repair.
