Das Personal, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da der Tag sehr warm war, wurde mir ein Klimagerät aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Im letzten Jahr war ich enttäuscht, kein Frühstück, Zimmer klein und dunkel. Habe trotzdem wieder gebutcht und war überrascht: Zimmer sehr hell und groß, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal (Syrer), gutes Frühstück mit syrischem Einschlag. Alles im allem sehr gut, werde nächstes Jahr wieder dort übernachten.

Zentrale Lage. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Kaffee/Tee machen möglich. Föhn Seife Shampoo vorhanden. 11.00 Uhr erst raus müssen war auch super.
Es war alles ok, man sieht aber mal Ecken die einfach übertüncht aussehen oder hat ein fast abgerissenen Handtuchhalter und ein Wackelregal im Bad. An solchen Details können die Betreiber aber ja noch arbeiten.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit
Das Personal wurde darauf hingewiesen dass der Fernsehen nicht funktioniert und wir abends Deutschland- Elfenbeinküste sehen wollen Alls wir abends nach dem Essen zurück ins Hotel kamen funktionierte der Fernseher immer noch nicht ☹️
