Cotillo Vista Mar

Location was delightful. Even though a new building is going up next door, it didn't intrude on our stay. Facilities on teh site were great, loved the pool and the sun bathing area. Smart modern apartment.

Nothing really. Tink insects in the kitchen area, but not too much of a problem. The sofa on the balcony has a crack in it... it's still o'k., but needs keeping an eye on.

La ubicación,la terraza,y la piscina comunitaria. Estefan muy servicial y amable,además el apartamento contaba con ciertas cosas que son valorables,como pastillas para la lavadora, lavavajillas,bayetas etc etc,ciertas cosas que en otros apartamentos a los que fuimos no lo tienen,además la botella de agua fría y un snack,siempre es bien agradecido cuando llegas después de un viaje.La cama muy cómoda y el baño amplio ,con secador y difusor,y buen chorro de agua. Repetiriamos sin dudar,y lo recomendamos 💯,un apartamento muy top.

Location (next to the beach and close to the city center) Access to swimming pool

When booking we thought that we are getting the apartment which is facing the swimming pool and the beach. When we arrived we were located in an apartment which is facing beach from the side. The smell of the cigarettes in the apartment was overbearing. When you lay on the sofa in the living room you are smelling the cigarettes. When you enter the flat - the same even though we were opening balcony all the time when we were inside. Flat is located in the ground floor next to the entrance to the building so people coming in and out can see you if you are seating on the balcony or you forgot to close the curtains. Kitchen is partly equipped- there was no board to cut your bread. You can do it on a plate but on a third day of your stay it will get annoying.
