La localización cerca del centro del pueblo y de la costa. Apartamento luminoso y confortable, dotado de lo necesario para pasar unos días, con una buena terraza.
Nada achacable al apartamento. El colegio de educación infantil y primaria, justo en frente, actúa en ocasiones como despertador.

El apartamento está muy bien aprovechado, a pesar de no ser muy grande tiene todo lo imprescindible para alojarte cómodamente. La cocina, aunque pequeña, está muy bien dotada de menaje, tiene todo tipo de utensilios y electrodomésticos. También la ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa y fácil de aparcar por la zona.
