Overall stay experience: 1.Unit equipped with things that meet your needs - mirowave, cuckoo,frudge,iron,wifi,netflix 2. Easier checkin process 3. pool - kids loveeeee itt 4. Parking space - at ground level & your unit parking spot 5. Eating places in walking distance,shop unit nearby. 6. Staff were friendly
Littering habits. Walking down to parking spot,though facility equipped with rubbish room,can sée people just left/dump their rubbish near the exit door(not in the required place). Whole residence management to put a required enforcement on facility cleanliness.

My kids enjoy the swimming pool. So i just turn blind eyes for those unpleasant things.
Please improve the cleanliness. There were stains on the duvet cover and pillow cover. The bathroom also need to be cleaned properly. The sink area in the kitchen also need to be cleaned properly. Owner also have to take better initiative to contact customer first to explain the check in instructions, not otherwise. Refund process should be done faster cause customer can make the payment faster, why don’t owner do the same right?
