Fantastic short break

The property was clean, spacious and in a great location. Having a washing machine and dryer was amazing, the hosts had thought of everything we might need! We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Perfect location

The location was outstanding for visiting the area walking distance into town with beautiful walks from the doorstep. Welcome from host was warm and informative we felt right at home. Lots of games and puzzles to entertain and kitchen was well stocked. Layout was ideal for our group with plenty of space.

We had a great time celebrating our brothers 70 birthday

Location was great , short walk to the town the garden was lovely especially the autumn colours . The host opened up and gave us a tour showing us where everything was . We all enjoyed our stay

Relaxing family holiday

The property was in the perfect location not too far from the town and in a really quiet area, it was so well equipped and really comfortable. The wrap around garden was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great location, downstairs shower room was great, enough comfy seats in the lounge and at the dining table for all of us staying. Parking available for all cars

Comfortable well equipped house, plenty of space and an easy walk into Ross

The house was so very well equipped, we wanted for nothing. So nice to go to an air bnb and have plenty of soap, loo rolls, cling film, foil, wash tabs etc....and a kitchen with plenty of utensils!

Kitchen a little dated, but it didn't really detract from our stay

A good family house in a good residential area of Ross-on-Wye

We liked the off street parking for at least two cars (possibly four cars) and the entranceway for coats and shoes. Inside a spacious lounge, a full length dining table and good sized bedrooms. The house was well equipped throughout. There is a certain quirkiness about the place that grows on you (look out for the friendly owls).

First impression is important and although we were happy with our stay, the moss ladened roof and dirty driveway are things that could be improved. The upstairs central heating radiators were not adjustable and although generally the heating warmed the house, at times the bedrooms felt a bit chilly.

A property in an excellent position and dog friendly

The property is in an excellent position and has an enclosed garden for dogs and children. There is everything you need in the property. The beds are very comfortable and the property was warm with plenty of hot water. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to take the dog. We were only there a couple of nights but had a lovely stay and would go back again.

The kitchen has a few loose cupboard doors. To get to the fourth bedroom with twin beds you have to walk through a double room which was not a problem but if 4 couples are going together it may be a problem.

The location was excellent, just a short walk into the town with many shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect location and great facilities for an activity break.

Plenty of space, very clean. great facilities and location, large driveway and attached garage with washer and drier (located in the garage) made it ideal for our purpose of a weekend of biking at the Forest of Dean (20 mins drive from the trail centre). It was also half a mile from the restaurants in the evening.
