Flat 1 Highgate, Walford Road, Ross on Wye

We recently stayed in flat 1 Highgate. The accommodation is perfect. The rooms are all really spacious, comfortable, bright decorated beautifully, and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is provided for your stay its such a comfortable home. Thomas was so helpful with a small issue we had on arrival we had to call him and he even sent Sarah to come check and make sure we were ok. Great parking on site but could have easily parked outside the property too. The location is ideal we parked up strolled into town, down to the river ...up to the pubs!! Its a really convenient location you dont need your car. We did do a quick drive to Symonds Yat Rock early evening which we would highly recommend, then a fish and chip supper by the river on the way home. Everything was just perfect .Thanks to Thomas and his team for a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir hatten einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft war wunderbar ausgestattet und dekoriert. Der Vermieter hat unsere Extrawünsche erfüllt. Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir haben uns in der geräumigen lichtdurchfluteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche mit vielen netten Extras. Sehr bequeme Betten. Eine Abdunkelung in allen Räumen war möglich. Den Garten mit den Möbeln konnten wir leider nicht nutzen. Erst zum Schluß unserer Mietzeit wurde das Wetter schöner.

1 missing bulb in lamp and no Wi-Fi password information we could see but didn’t impact our stay.

Very tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nice linen

There were no instructions on how to use anything- heating, oven, hob, tv etc and all were very modern. They were nice but difficult to operate without any guidance
