Lovely and warm on arrival. Tastefully decorated for Xmas. Amazing hamper as a welcome gift with lots of nice treats in it.

Location was great, close enough to the center of Ross on Wye but also far enough away to be slightly quieter. The place was spotless and very well decorated with all mod cons. Big fridge and freezer if you want to take your own food and good cooking facilities, plus washing machine and dishwasher. Usually I don’t sleep well away from home, the bed or pillows are often uncomfortable, but the bed and pillows at Flat 1 were just super comfy and I slept so well. Plenty of space for a full house of 6 people (3 double rooms), large kitchen and lounge. Really a great stay, we’d definitely come back.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The only feedback we’d give is that it would have been good to have some info about the flat and area. It would have been great if there was some info on the wifi password, how to adjust the heating, which bins need using for what, where the nearest good pub/supermarket, how to walk down to the centre of town, etc.

We would have loved to have lived in this property. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, with much thought in every corner of the property. Mindfully set out we all felt completely at ease here and would most definitely stay again.
