There was construction next to the apartment that disturbed us in the morning..

good location on the banks of the river

the parking is confusing. room numbers are not informative enough

The lady called Thabisa changed our initial room to accommodate other visitors and decided to give us a room 1103 where's our room was 1105 initially and her reasoning was so overwhelming and she dropped the phone while was talk to her with my own airtime she said she gave us a spacious room I said I didn't book for space iv booked for a view that's y iv booked that room with a balcony iv left my house with enough space m an adventures person I wanted to view those trees n the river without any obstruction....the owner ended up assisting us as that lady kept on lying to us from 5:30pm till 7:45pm standing outside so stranded and frustrating the lady called Tumi from Pont de val Hotel came to our rescue and spoke to the private property owner at Pont de val

The staff lady was rude it's clearly shows she doesn't know anything about ethics she took a wrong career...the photo when we book it shows balcony the next thing we were given a room on the ground floor a wall in front of the bedroom such a disrespect and we were mislead
