Location and breakfast.
We expected the breakfast early morning, as we had an important Dr appointment at 7.45 am in the morning and we could not get either tea or breakfast before we left.

Cleaniness of the Hotel and it is close to few Hospitals.
I choose to stay in BAWA REGENCY bcz a family member was admitted in an Hospital close this Hotel. Most staffs are helpful but some staffs I found impatient and must improve their PR with the customers. I also had a chance to stay in Hotel AVON Ruby which is around 7 minutes walk from Hotel Bawa REGENCY. I must say their staffs are very polite and more cooperative.

Very neat and comfortable. Right in main road accessible to market and shopping places. Really good one. The staff were excellent.
If the price is bit low then this becomes value for money
