Staff good. But hotel is bit overly priced for the facilities that it gives. Only breakfast provided in the room as the hotel is without restaurant. Lunch and dinner not provided but one has to order from outside. Room was neat but with zero view.

Was very pleasantly surprised at this place so near Marine drive, Wankhede stadium and Churchgate, for this price point. Had booked the Deluxe Double room (the single room is tiny, so despite being solo skipped it for a double room of 23sqm), but they upgraded me to a Suite. No view per se, although you can get a peek at the sea from a small end window. But the suite was very spacious and had a double bed, an extra single bed, sofa chairs, a reclining sofa and an attached bathroom - a lot of real estate for South Mumbai! tWe he staff were very supportive and polite. The breakfast was simple and delivered to the room very promptly. Overall, I would head exactly here if booking another for 1-3 people in South Mumbai again.

This is a budget hotel on 3rd floor of the building, directly facing Nariman Point. Hotel is very neat and clean. Location is very good with Nariman Point is right in front of the hotel. It's next to Wankhede Cricket Stadium, walk away distance to Metro/local train . Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they provide yummy & hot breakfast from nearby restaurant. If you can afford Seaview Suite, it will be worth staying in the room as it got good view of Sea.

The location is a strong point, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, but the walkability could use improvement. While the bathroom facilities were satisfactory, the overall cleanliness and staff service left something to be desired. Additionally, the amenities didn't quite meet expectations, which impacted the overall value for money. It’s a decent option if you prioritize location over other factors.
