Localização, o apartamento fica mesmo no centro da Arouca. Aquecimento central, pois viajamos em Dezembro Tinha tudo o que era necessário, bastante confortável.
Viajamos com uma pessoa de idade e apesar da casa ter aquecimento central, para ela (85 anos), à noite, ao deitar, os quartos estavam um pouco frios. Após contacto com a anfitriã, esta explicou que tem um controlador de temperatura, mas julgamos que o mesmo deve estar colocado no piso inferior, onde passamos a maior parte do tempo e onde, consequentemente, está sempre mais quente do que nos quartos, localizados no piso de cima. Talvez, alterar a localização do termostato, resolveria esta questão.
