Beautiful hotel, with amazing view and landscape, very friendly staff
It could pay more attention to cleanliness inside the rooms to achieve and maintain it’s status as high end hotel or luxury hotel.

We had a five day stay at Ayana and highly recommend it for a relaxing or active holiday in Labuan Bajo. Highlights included wonderful breakfasts, sunset cocktails, sunrise Yoga sessions with Yones and great welcoming smiles and service through our whole stay. Well done and thank you team Ayana Labuan Bajo!!
Restaurant and menu choices were limited. Breakfast was amazing in terms of choice, lunch and dinner less so.

Gorgeous property just 10 minutes from downtown. The rooms and public spaces are beautifully appointed, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food at the restaurants is absolutely delicious.

- Super easy to get there. Very close to the airport (6-7min max). Located right by the sea, easy to explore the surroundings and hop on a boat to head to Komodo.
- Friendly and efficient staff at the swimming pools, during the activities and at the different restaurants
- while the rooms are modern, the design/style doesn’t age very well
- bad experience at the time of the check-out - they basically forgot about the deposit I paid at the check in while the bill was not accurate in the first place.
