Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort has a beautiful location, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional team.
Every staff member was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They were always ready to help with great care and impressive efficiency. What stood out most was how much they cared about their guests and how well they understood individual preferences, paying attention to even the smallest details.
A heartfelt thank you to every single member of the team for making my stay so memorable. And a very special thank you to the lovely Chacha 🤍 for her warmth, kindness, and exceptional care.

The luxury and exclusive feeling without the sense of tackiness of other luxury resorts, the way it mixes with nature, the feeling of having an almost private resort just for you.
Needs some renovation, but it actually adds to the overall atmosphere. As many resorts in Indonesia, they should add gluten free bakery.
