Hotel was very clean! Love the hardwood floors. Food was pretty good and fairly priced. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was a safe environment . Loved the fitness center, lots of equipment. It was very big and had very modern equipment like peloton bikes.
I didn’t like how expensive onsite parking was. I would prefer $20-25 max especially since most ppl will make alot of other purchases on site.

Centrally located to a lot and aesthetically pleasing.
Very loud noise kept me up all night. The staff pretended not to know what it was and then later confessed it was a bathroom pipe issue. Where my room was positioned was extremely cramped and we could not open the curtains because the office building next to us was occupied.

Centrally located.
Staff was not attentive. I had several bags when I checked in and no one offered to help me to my room. Same during checkout. The elevator location was not visible and staff pointed me to a whole other section - essentially the lobby of an adjacent hotel. I had to walk back, all while carrying my bags, and the staff member did acknowledge his error. The customer service just seemed lacking. Also the room did not seem to keep temp.
