    The room and facilities were very clean. The hotel smelled new and the front desk staff was very friendly. We had issues with the AC unit in our room and the hotel restaurant, is very expensive! Essentially, those were our only complaints. The room was very clean, the location was prime. Great dining and shops nearby. The Bethesda Metro station is directly below the hotel, so quick transport to downtown DC, approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown. I would recommend for those who are traveling to DC on a budget!

    I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it was nice. I got a good rate through Agoda.

    Location to DC was good approx 20 mins on the red line with the subway next door. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Further out from IAD than imagined so taxi cost a little more.
