The Rep from Vacasa that said I have to confirm your identity with 4 questions, which I answered promptly. Then continues to ask 10-12 more questions to confirm my IDENTITY, at this point I asked to cancel the reservation. I was contacted by Cindi from Vacasa to get entry code, she was courteous and helpful. The property was great but I won't book anything with Vacasa again! I felt like I was being indicted in a courtroom, A terrible effect on our vacation!
