Despite the tower being old, the apartment itself was really beautiful, clean and easy to live in. Clean furniture and amenities, checkin was contactless and seamless, front door staff were always courteous and helpful.
The tower has a restaurant right underneath with a wide variety of great meals. There’s also a supermarket two buildings away.
The location is great, a few minutes walk to the Marina walk and about 10 minutes walk to JBR. Never got caught up in the traffic cause it’s close to the expressway.
The building is visibly old and had so many bad reviews from friends who live in Dubai, they said it’s the second worst tower in Marina.
Also, There was no cleaning mop. I complained more than once, but all I got was a “Look for it properly” message. IT WASN’T THERE!!
There were no spare sheets and towels.
Apartment had the oldest microwave and blender ever. Such a pain to use.
The guest bathroom was locked, for some weird reason.

The location, it was near the metro. The property is how it looks like in the photos. The bathroom is clean. The place is well maintained. The host was very responsive via email or messages via booking.com on all our concerns.
There were a few constructions going around so you can still hear some noises.

The apartment was pretty spacious
Only cleaned the apartment once throughout my 3 weeks' stay, plus I didn't get a microwave until the second week of my stay.
