Sanatorija ,,Tulpės"

Labai malonus ir paslaugus personalas, gera lokacija, ramu, švaru.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, very responsive and kind staff. Meals that brought back good childhood memories, treatment (like aromatherapy, mineral baths and massages) included in the stay - everything was perfect. We enjoyed immensely our stay in Tulpes!

Wonderful location. Pleasant staff. Great value. The included treatment are a great surprise. Would recommend to book extra treatments.

Most likely everyone has read this but swimming pool and restaurant are a few minutes on foot outside. I didn't mind this whatsoever.

It's set in a peaceful location. Food was really good and the swimming pool was enjoyable for adults and children

Once we arrived we were told that there was a mistake from either booking.com or hotel and we were undercharged. We were asked to pay £300 extra. Needless to say I was shocked. However as I was travelling alone with elderly mother and two children I was left with no choice but to pay for it. I contacted booking.com however a week on I still haven't received any reply. The staff was hit and miss too. Some receptionists( Inga and the older lady at the spa) were borderline rude while younger ones were really welcoming. My mum had a rude therapist doing a paraffin spa.Maybe some training in customer service would be welcome.
