New clean, good location

Very spacious, all new and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. The food was amazing both for dinner and breakfast, highest rating to the chef for the steak.

Spa area could include swimming pool. Massage options could include Kobido face massage

Viešbutis naujas, švarus, tvarkingas, kambarys didelis, patogios lovos, maloniai nustebino, kad kambaryje buvo knygų suaugusiems ir vaikams. Labai patiko maistas restorane, buvo tikrai skanu, puikūs prabangūs pusryčiai už tikrai atitinkančią kokybę kainą.SPA yra plaukmenų vaikams.

Trūko personalo dėmesingumo restorane, nedidelis parkingas, prie viešbučio neradome vietos automobiliui, nors viesbučio užimtumas buvo nedidelis.

Breakfast was done very well. Exceeded expectations actually. The property is clean.

The check in process was not at all smooth. No email was received with check in instructions. Repeated email attempts to reach management went unanswered. Only via assistance from the restaurant personnel were we finally able to gain access to the room. This was for a check in after 7 pm. This means several hours had passed from the allowed check in time to the actual. Subsequent requests for a late check out also went unanswered. We needed linen for the sofa bed but given the lack of contact to that point we made do with what was available in the room.
