I liked everything: the owner, the organization of the stay, the cleanliness, the availability of everything necessary, and the complimentary gift, which was a pleasant surprise, as well as the views. Overall, no matter what aspect you consider – everything was of the highest standard.
There is absolutely no reason to write about any negative impressions – there simply aren't any.

Stay in this apartment was great. Apartman is very cozy, clean, perfectly equipped. We got everything what we needed. Manuala, the owner of the apartment, is very nice, all went very smoothly.

Perfect !!
This is a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view.The owner is waiting for you with the keys.You have everything in the apartment. Like at home.It's nice when someone waits for you and shows you around the apartment.Unlike the increasingly common practice of leaving keys in a box and passwords.There are 5 parking spaces in front of the building.If there is no space there, there is one 20 meters away in a small street in front of private garages.The owner will explain that to you.For every recommendation.

Amazing stay, amazing view
10/10, I don’t remember so well equipped apartment (serving the needs of whole family on vacation). Also the super kind owner and welcome gifts and drink. Honestly no need to go into detail, whatever you have at home…you fill find here (including fast WiFi for work if you need to). Of course plus the amazing lake view (which is approximately 15mins walk down the road).

Cozy flat with nice view to the lake
Very nice, cozy flat in block of flats. Amazing view to the lake, bed is ok. The flat is not big but you can find everything that you need for cooking etc. perfect small kitchen, good coffe and wine for free. Good price for what you get. We felt like home, really good.
The bath and the bed could be better but still acaptable and for this price it is totally ok

Exceptional place and we really hope to get back
I have been in Austria 7 times, and I still find something new and beautiful in this country. Manuela's apartment is well-located to use it as a starting point to travel the country. It is surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains. Apartment is not that far from main Austrian cities (Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck) and most interesting villages (Hallstatt, Zell am see, Kitzbuhel), as well. As for the inside - the view is breathtaking (especially during the sunrise). It is clean, warm, and very-well equipped (especially kitchen). The bed is very comfortable. We also much appreciated kindness and responsiveness of the host :) My best stay in Austria so far, 10/10.
