Easy access and parking. Sturdy handrails on front steps. Good supply of cooking utensils. Quiet - this is a duplex with a passage way between the units - no shared walls. Lots of towels. Working with Vacasa was great. We initially had issues getting on the wi-fi, but their customer service was responsive and followed up. Turns out the wi-fi provider was changed and the new sign-in info was posted oh the fridge, but different than what was provided in the check-in info. I would consider renting a Vacasa property again. Booking.com is my favorite booking website.
No empty shelves in the cupboards where we could store our food stuffs. Dishes, glasses, and silverware need to be upgraded, and more are needed. Dishwasher needs to be serviced. There is a broken spot at the bottom of one of the silverware caddies where a fork handle dropped through and got bent (we were able to straighten the fork), but the bottom rack does not slide easily. Also, the dishwasher didn't drain properly, but we were able to resume the cycle. A grab bar or 2 in the tub/shower would be nice. While there were lots of towels, there were only 4 washcloths.

Very close to the town and the beach - wonderful to be able to walk to both.
It was listed as having an ocean view, but in reality, it was an occasional partial ocean view. The bluff blocks the view almost entirely, since it's a one-story home, and it couldn't be seen at all when it was foggy. Bummer for a beachfront house, but it did create privacy. A rooftop deck would have been fantastic.
