Access to the apartment let's it down no good if you are disabled or elderly

Access to the apartment up an external ramp then through the beer garden which was difficult with luggage because of tables and people then a very steep climb up a fire escape then more stairs up to the apartment The twin bedroom was very noisy at night because you could here what sounded like machinery running all night Just a quick note there was no bottle opener or Cork screw we did ask at the bar for one but told they did not have one

brilliant experience

The whole property was amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice as the place is huge and there is so much room. The property had everything you needed - black out curtains and extremely comfy beds, smart TVs, bath and shower and other essentials. The property is in the centre of town and the view is great. Highly recommend.

at times the water could be a little temperamental and the taps sometimes went off if more than one in the apartment was on at one time.

Superb

Location was great and the staff was very very helpful and friendly. The apartment was amazing very modern and had everything you wanted in it including the small touches. Food at the restaurant below the apartment was very nice aswell and around family friendly establishment. Would definitely come back.

The stairs to the apartment is probably the only thing I can say we dislike. But the views was worth it.

The location is spot on.

Amount of stairs to climb (so if your not fit and able will be a struggle) The sofa bed was uncomfortable (I did not sleep in) Doors banging at 0630 in the morning from the restaurant below.

the water pressure and temperature is very low, I ran several baths for my daughter using the “hot water” alone. it was not at any point too hot to the touch which was a little bit of a pain because a nice warm bath/shower at the end of a busy day is always nice, but we were compensated with a breakfast which was very delicious and it wouldn’t put us off coming back because the good far out weighs the bad

A lovely play to stay

The Apartment was well furnished, clear and decorated to a high standard. The staff were were helpful and responded to any questions we had really quickly. A really great location for exploring Skegness and the surrounding area. The council car park was only a short walk away. With a £9 fee to park all week this was a bargain.

Upset & Disappointed

Location was great Sam was pleasant

No inventory done on arrival, just quickly shown around. Single bed very uncomfortable No inventory done on leaving but just over hr later accused of damaging hob. We cleaned whole kitchen before leaving and apart from small old chip in hob that was present when we arrived, certainly no crack So upsetting Now wanting to charge us £130 As anyone can imagine our return trip we wanted to do in November will not be happening

We all had such a lovely time here. Perfect !!

Loved the view !! I even stayed up one night to watch the sunrise over the sea from our bedroom window. Breath taking ! Loved the amount of space we had. The whole place was absolutely spotless. Lots of comfortable seating. Beds were really comfy with a massive tv in the bedrooms. By far the best place we've ever stayed in or near Skegness, the kids wanted to move in permanently. The owners were so lovely and clearly take excellent care of the apartment. We will be back 100 % !! Thank you xx

Comfortable spacious apartment.

Location, great facilities and very welcoming hosts. Central to all activities, beach and town centre. Parking in car park right next to building available. Comfortable, very clean and spacious rooms and really well appointed kitchen. Great views to the sea front. Perfect for kids and family trips.

Location is good other than I can’t recommend this property .

Just going around near to beach

Not good for tall person. We were hitting our and even our kids got hurt so many times to extend roof wall. Too many spider and was very dusty . We done cleaning with wipes before set up and got silver fishes in the bath . And also third room ‘s. Shower rooms was very smelly . Our kids kids refused to sleep there . I bought some air fresheners to make them sleep .
