Enjoyable local living style stay

I really enjoyed my week here, the building looks a bit brutal in architecture but is well maintained with a good elevator to the 3rd floor. The designated car park space behind the building was easy to find as was the key location. Having a Lidl and a Rewe supermarket nearby is brilliant as is a selection of local restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Then there is the U train/tram which can take you into the centre of Cologne in about 25 minutes or to Bonn in about 50 minutes with departures often every 10 minutes. The easiest way to get tickets is with the app. The train/tram passes behind the building, I find trains to be quite a pleasant noise, overall the apartment was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The WiFi worked well.

Only little things, there is an oven around the corner on a trolley with a microwave underneath. I did cook a pizza in the oven but felt this could be improved. Plenty of hot water but it takes ages to arrive. I couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink, only the filter things, meaning more wasted water when you wash the dishes. These are small issues, I would stay here again.

- Very clean - Good amenities - Close to big markets like Lidl and Rewe. 2 mins away by foot - Conected with downtown with public transport. Ubahn is 200m away.

Mother-Daughter Xmas trip

Location is quiet and easily accessible by transportation (Tram station nearby). Owner is nice and answers fast. Apartment is comfortable, perfect after a busy day visiting Koln.

Weather was a bit cold to fully enjoy the balcony. Will have to visit again!

Excellent apartment, very helpful host, easy access to town center by tram. Highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful,it has everything you need as described for a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, quiet and the size is perfect. The tram station is about 5 min walking ( 450 m) from which you can access any place in the city( use Google maps ). There is a gas station ( Aral) only 3 min walking opens 24 hours and there is big supermarket( Lidl)next to the tram station. The host is very friendly, polite and cooperative, he was reachable anytime and responded immediately. I think I will not find better place if I come again to Cologne, highly recommended.

very comfortable bed and the place is super quiet if you need some extra sleep during the day or night. dedicated parking is very helpful and stress-free. also extra room like walk-in closet allows to keep the main space free of clutter. I will definitely return.

It has everything you need, very comfortable and spacious. The train station is nearby and easy access to the city. Nice to be able to sit outside on the balcony too.

The furniture was very uncomfortable. The bed was too soft, the chairs too hard. There was no sofa. The listing had a washer but there was no washer in the building. Also had a high bathtub with no anti-slip mat.

I stayed at a room called Fox😁 for a week. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Supermarkets, S-bahn station and restaurants are close-by. The propreitor was very friendly and organized my stay very well. He was reachable by phone anytime I contacted him.

Excellent location to explore Cologne & The Rhinelands.

-Very friendly and helpful host. -Not too far from the airport. -Very close to tram station for easy access to the city centre. (15-20mins). -Nice, clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need, including a balcony. -There are shops and restaurants nearby - Decent value for money.

- Apartment is very warm. I left the balcony door open to keep the temperature down but it was only a minor issue.

The managers/owners.were very helpful..it was close to shops and public transport. I would highly recommend this accommodation to all my friends and have already done ao to my friends in Köln. Although it's sutuated on a busy road the noise is not noticeable once the door is shut. Best value for money accommodation I've stayed at in Europe. If I could turn it up to 11 I would. Thank you.

Coming from a very hot country there wasn't any air conditioning. But this is Europe. Most residence's don't have a/c.

Excellent place to stay either if you travel by car or by public transport. The tram station is only a few minutes walk. The apartment is super quiet during both day and night which is important if you need to catch up on your sleep while visiting Cologne or Bonn. Kitchen is fully equipped, fast internet, TV, there is extra room for your luggage, so your main room isn't cluttered. Parking is nice and easy. The double bed is huge and comfortable. The building has a lift if you need it. I am very satisfied by my stay.

Great apartment

The apartment was really cozy and clean. The host was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. He answered all our questions and texted us back immediately which was super cool!The TV had accounts for Netflix and Amazon Prime that we could use, the kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were spacious and we had a great experience!

The only thing we didn’t find comfortable was that the beds we two put next to each other, it is understandable tho. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Die Unterkunft war rundum tiptop, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, von der nützlichen Küchenzeile über ein Bügeleisen bis hin zur Badewanne. Das Apartment ist angenehm, gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles verlief unkompliziert, vom Check-in mit praktischem Schlüsselfach bis hin zur gesamten Kommunikation. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die ich sofort erneut buchen würde.

Perfekt für Kurztrip

Nahverkehrsanbindung und Verkehrsanbindung nach Köln und Umland gut. Fussläufig gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermitter war schnell und Verbindlich. Sehr entgegen kommen. Haben ihn nicht persönlich angetroffen. Hat trotzdem alles reibungslos geklappt.

Zigarettengeruch im Flur und Aufzug. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind nicht gepflegt. Gut wäre bei 7 Tagen, wenn es eine Garnitur Handtücher zum wechseln gäbe

Kendi evimizde ve bir arkadaşımiz bizi ağırlamış gibi hissettik. Her konuda hızlı bir şekilde iletişim kuran ve önerilerde bulunan bir ev sahibimiz vardı. Hem kendisine özverisi sıcak iletişimi hem de çalışan Sarraya güler yüzü ve tatlıligi için teşekkür ederiz. Evin her bölümü temizdi ve olanaklar kesinlikle yeterliydi.Özellikle balkonda kahvaltı yapmayı çok özleyeceğim. :)
