Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer im Vorfeld war sehr gut. Man hat alle Daten bekommen, die für den Aufenthalt nötig waren und bei Komplikationen, die während unseres Aufenthaltes entstanden, war er sehr kulant.
Das Zimmer war von der Größe für 2 Personen genau richtig. (weitere Personen würden wir persönlich wegen der Räumlichkeit nicht empfehlen)
Bett war bequem (Zusatzdecken lagen im Schank parat)
Die Küche (wir haben sie nicht benutzt) war üppig ausgestattet.
Der Fernseher (haben wir auch nicht benutzt) war sehr groß.
Wlan hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Bad ist ja praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die Dusche ist im Schlafraum gleich neben dem Bett. Das wäre eigentlich ok, weil man sieht es auch auf den Fotos. Aber die Toilette ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, da nur eine Schiebetür, an der ein breiter Spalt ist, den Raum abtrennt. Ich schreibe dies nur, im Bezug auf Gerüche, die in den Raum entfläuchen :-) Eine Lüftung in der Toilette, wo auch das Waschbecken ist, haben wir nicht entdeckt.

It's a pretty nice apartment. It has a well enough equipped kitchen so you can make dinner etc.
About half an hour walking distance to the shuttle bus to Phantasialand.
Kitchen didn't have any oil, since it's not very practical for every guest to buy oil (and it is easily forgotten since normally you would have it at home) it would be great if there was some in the kitchen.
The closet is filled up with the owners stuff so you don't have any space to put your own clothes if you want to get them out of your suitcase.
The bed had a pretty small blanket (not like in the picture) making sleeping under it with two people a bit more of a challenge.
It might have been the weather but during our stay everything (blanket, couch) was kind of damp.
