Lack of AC

Very spatious apartment, with everything you need. Close to public transport stations.

One code for everything. Easy to connect to the website and get the information. Great place in Prague for people who do not want to be in the center. You are 5 minutes of tram, bus or subway from the actual old town center - but you can still go to shopping/restaurant/pub around the place for a reasonable price. Center is extremely touristy and therefore extremely expensive. Being slightly removed form it gives you all the benefits without the premium center prices. The apartment is clean and quiet. Comfortable and spacious.

Lots of issues with the Alfred app. Main problem is that it is not secure. Anyone with the code can connect to your Alfred and get your information, door code etc. I have the feeling that a MFA of some sort should be added. Here it seems that a hacker trying codes on the website can end up getting access to the apartment and personal information of everyone in it. Second we need to send a picture of our IDs. But older Identity cards are not recognized. For example the previous French ID Card is not usable. So a passport is needed for every French person with a 5+ year ID. There was also an issue with the fridge. But it did not impact us too much. Last thing, there is one real bedroom and one "Two bed on each side of a separation wall" room. It was not a big problem for us, but it may be a turn off for some people.

Location good, easy check in, apartment very clean

No air conditioning or fans. Noisy. Bottom floor apartment (apartment 1) - if you opened the windows the apartment smelled really bad as the communal bins are next to the window
