Quiet and clean

The dinner restaurant was close and we have to go out to eat. I don’t like the bathroom door. It’s difficult to close and open.

Staff service was over-expected. They were very polite. When you stepped out of the car, a golf buggy would be standby and dropped you at the reception counter and then transported you to the room. Room and surrounding were well maintained.

At that night, I felt something bit my leg. Only one spot but not just once, there were many times till I woke up to see anything happened wrong. Unfortunately, I found nothing as a root cause. One more thing was the cellular connection which was at zero. This was not the false of resort but I would recommend them to contact cellular provider to solve this.

Beautiful. Very remote and no Grab taxis available for local sightseeing.

Hotel weren’t able to arrange any local taxi for sight seeing local nature

Aesthetically the design is okay and the rooms are big. However the one thing that saved this place from getting a lower rating from me is the very kind staff.

For me this hotel was very underwhelming especially considering the high nightly price. I got a discounted price and I still felt scammed a little. I have stayed in much better hotels in Thailand for this price. It feels like they are using the word 'Eco' to the raise the price and I didn't see much in terms of its eco-friendliness. They claim this is a 4 star hotel however, does not have the traits of a 4 star hotel, no gym, no spa or massage and when I was there no restaurant. The breakfast was really average not exciting at all. Also there is a little to no view of your surrounding area, you are just in the forest. The pool is okay but looks onto the road. The beds are also really hard, not qualities you generally see in a 4 star hotel. Considering the price and underwhelming experience, I personally would not recommend this place.
