Location was as expected, brilliant.
All staff I came in contact with were helpful and friendly.

The view from our from was amazing. The Bridge looks lovely at night.
No hand soap supplied, lay at reception said to just use the body wash in the shower. The room wasn't serviced, clean towels left in a plastic bag hanging on the door in the hallway. We stayed for 3 days and had 3 days of dirty towels in the bathroom.
