Super pool and hotel surrounds and environment. The insect infestation in my room was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I changed rooms.
Breakfast was reasonable but not great. My stay was off season and with few customers, it was not viable to lay on a full spread normal for a hotel of this size and class.

The river view room was nice and quiet.
Lane pool for swimming lengths was great
The flies were very bad at all meal times especially breakfast, have never come across this before in Thailand unacceptable.
The main pool could benefit from more cleaning especially under the water feature.
The gym was closed.
