The hostess was very polite and friendly. She sent all the details for the access to the property within 40 minutes after my booking. In my case it was essential because I booked the accommodation in the evening at around 6pm, and really wanted to check in asap. The instructions from the hostess were elaborated and exceptionally clear. The location is great, the apartment is clean and extremely cosy.

Très bonne communication avec Pascale. Les instructions étaient claires. Le logement est propre, calme et bien situé (tout est à proximité). Nous avons même pu nous garer juste devant l'immeuble. Petits plus : les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. Et nous avons bien dormi !

Very close to the port and quirky inside.
We arrived late so finding it was tricky. The key safe was awkward to use and despite phoning to try and get help there was no answer (despite reading there is a 24 hour desk) eventually got in up a long set of stairs.
