Parking in the street outside the property is by ticket, but plenty of free parking available on the beach road two minutes walk away. Steep stairway to access the bedroom may be unsuitable for some people. Otherwise, a lovely little apartment.

Quiet hideaway in a busy town, good for a rest day.

Old one-up one-down cottage in a courtyard in a close behind a common street door in the old town, one block from the beach. Near the ferry terminal. All the gadgets worked, though I did not need air conditioning. Good wifi. There was an induction hob, and the host explained its controls to me. It was well-situated between the beach and the market square, and I got to see the market on the Saturday. Bike came into the kitchen. Bed was up a spiral staircase.

Slight smell of damp, as might be expected in an old building by the sea.

Patrick's Place has all you need, fully equipped kitchen, lovely little lounge in the bedroom upstairs, warm on a winters night and Patrick met me at the agreed time showed me around and somehow we seemed to understand each other even though his English and my French wasn't that great. It's quaint and it's rustic exterior and views of stone walls and not the harbour was fine by me but might not suit some people. Just a wonderful place in a great position with a small walk to the shops, bars and Restaurants. There's also a farmers/local produce market 200 mts away on a Saturday morning which looked awesome. I really didn't want to leave. Merci Beaucoup Patrick. a bientot.

Exceptional

Everything except the spiral staircase. The apartment is lovely and compact with everything you could need (apart from food). The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Free parking is available on the seafront only a few minutes walk away. Street parking is on meters but is expensive. There are bars, cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Patrick, the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He answered texts we sent immediately. He was lovely. He doesn't speak English but uses a translation facility when texting. We would stay again for a short trip.

The spiral staircase up to the bedroom is steep and narrow. To use the toilet you need to go downstairs. At night we left the light on to go downstairs. The staircase was OK for a short stay but would be a problem over a longer period for someone like me who has mobility issues. After a couple of trips up and down each day I struggled with the stairs. Younger people would be fine though. The apartment was great otherwise.

Coffee machine was a great addition to a cosy little apartment with easy cooking facilities and a wonderful proximity to the sea!

Amazing location. Really nice hosts - our ferry was 2 hours late but that did not cause even the slightest problem. Good communication. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Loved the coffee machine. Thank you!
