The location was peaceful and quiet. Space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and slept well. Hot water and ac worked well. The owner was easy to reach.
The kitchen was not acceptable, there weren't dishes/glasses for 12. Had to wash cups, flatware, and plates to accommodate 11 guests. Cookware wasn't safe to use, nor was there enough to cook for a large group. Thankfully we brought some items. There were no comforts, blankets, extra sheets, or towels for a large party. Remotes needed batteries to work heating units in the lower level, had to get those ourselves. The ceiling had ladybugs in the main area and basement.

The location was easily accessible , nevertheless I found certain difficulty in parking my car.
Before I leave the hotel, I found on my email that the hotel has sent me a message that I could have parked in a safe location for just $3 only.

Property was very clean and gorgeous!! Beautiful views! Owners were responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again!! We had been looking for a place in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for the week after Christmas for several weeks and had almost given up. Finally found this place and could not have been more pleased!!

Too clean accommodation, located on a mountain peak close to downtown Gatlinburg, and parking plenty of three. All the dining equipment is in place, and bedding and towels seem to be five-star. It was a satisfactory trip for both children and adults, and above all, I like the kind care of the owner of the cabin.
