The couch needs a bit of a cleaning and a tv stand or mount it in the wall

It was very clean and just by the beach, it is near uShaka marine and shopping stores . Martin the host was so good, he communicates effectively and made sure our check in runs smooth and that we got access to everything we needed during our stay.

Nothing really , I enjoyed the sound of the waves and peaceful sleep every single day of our holiday .

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Unit neat, clean and comfortable. Comfortable couch and bed. Balcony furniture cool, comfortable chairs for relaxing. Ocean view amazing while having breakfast. Beautiful perfect place to relax. Building secure with friendly security. Walking distance to the beach and Ushaka / Village Walk. The Point area is clean, safe and beautiful. Booking Uber was no issue. Close to the harbour. Watching ships entering and leaving as well as the cruise ship was a plus for me. Night times were quiet and peaceful. Martin was an excellent host, friendly and willing to assist. He kept me updated before my stay and met me on arrival. I had no delays waiting for replies and assistance. Everything was smooth sailing having Martin to show me around including checking out. A huge thank you, Martin. Definitely a place to return.

APARTMENT NEEDS SOME MAINTENCE FRESH COAT OF PAINT AND SOME ATTENTION TO THE KITCHEN COUCH NEEDS A GOOD CLEAN WHEN U WALK IN DOES NOT GIVE YOU THAT CLEAN HOLIDAY FEEL... OVERALL ITS WAS OKAY..
