The flat is very nice, we loved every detail of its interior design. The best part is the terrace/porch which is great for eating, reading, sunbathing on windy days - very sunny in the end of February. It’s really great! Big advantage is the location - just next to Campanario center - so close to the shops&bars and when you use the back gate it’s easy to get to the beach, even walk to punta Elena with your surfboard.
There are very very loud neighbors- probably Italian family with small children which are lovely but you can hear them shouting sometimes until 2 pm and then from 6 am. So during the week I slept maybe once for whole night. If you want to stay there better take good earplugs.
