Really clean, great location, pool was warm and relaxing. Property much bigger than it looks in the photos. Overall, a really nice stay and will be coming back.
Nothing really, it had everything you need, air con in each room, comfy beds. Loved it.

What's not to like. Staff are excellent at communicating. Facilities are amazing, especially the fact that you have your own heated pool. Great scenery from the terrace, with the volcano as a backdrop. How often can you sit with your morning coffee & have that scenery on your doorstep.
As mentioned before, the shower/toilets are a bit of a strange setup. Didn't really bother us as we are a family of 4 & use to each other.
