La pépite du semnoz

Wonderfully appointed 1 bedroom apartment a short distance away from Annecy old town. The apartment was spacious for us (large open plan kitchen/dining/living, large double bedroom with jacuzzi bath and sauna, separate WC and separate bathroom with shower) as a family of 3 (2 adults and a baby). The apartment was in an ideal location - close enough to the old town and lake that you could walk it in 10/15 mins, but not in the middle of nowhere. Being close to a university building and secondary school, it felt like we were really in the Annecy lived-in by its citizens. Despite being near to these and a main road, the apartment was nice and quiet. As others have said, the welcome treats were a lovely touch - merci! Also sharing a couple of points to help with things that others have mentioned on their reviews: - The free parking is on Rue de la Cité - unfortunately this does get full quickly because of the university. However, the paid-for street parking on Rue Fauberg des Balmettes is pretty cheap (~€1 per hour during parking sessions). This is only between 09:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 18:00, and is free all day on Sundays, so not a massive issue in reality. We used the PaybyPhone Parking App for our sessions and was easy enough to extend parking etc. - The sauna was brilliant, although the instructions could be a bit clearer. We found turning the 'intensity' dial up to full then the timer dial about a quarter turn had the sauna up to 85 degrees in about 15/20 minutes. All in all, a fantastic apartment and we'll definitely be back!

Providing a cot for an infant would have been the icing on the cake, but we were able to bring a travel one with us. Not a negative point though given this was clearly set out in the listing!

Struttura accogliente, pulita e confortevole

Super appart, bien conçu, petits chocolat et ingrédients de 1ère nécessité (huile, café, thé, ..). Instructions très claires pour accéder à l'appartement, facile de se garer dans la rue.

Clean and well equipped. Quiet and calm.

Water pressure was terrible and the internet stopped working.
