The convenience. Super relaxed apartment.

The sauna worked a bit difficult. We could not put it on. Maybe it was our own fault. And maybe a small recommendation: the lights in the living room are a bit too dark. If you put on the big light, it’s too light and not cozy. I would put a bit more cozy lights in the room.

Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous town

Beautiful spacious apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Thoughtfulness of the travellers' needs was obvious with little touches like complimentary snacks and wine. Fans were provided, which were sufficient in the unexpected heat.

We did find it a bit difficult to locate the entrance. The map pin was not quite accurate. We advise to use the physical address provided.

Enjoyable stay that feels like home.

Lovely spacious, clean flat with a balcony. Spa bath and sauna. Didnt have a chance to use sauna as the weather was so hot. The spa bath was wonderful and used it to cool down and relax after a long day walking. Thank you for the sweet treats, cold drinks, coffees, teas etc. great washing machine and tumble dryer. We didn’t cook so can’t comment on that. Tv was great too with Netflix, YouTube etc. sofa and bed very comfortable. There were 2 fans which were great as there no air conditioning. 10 min walk into the town. Would stay again if in Annecy

A modern clean apartment in a great location. Having a selection of drinks and snacks was very welcoming.

The water pressure was poor. Meaning the shower was slow. But still got you wet. 👍

Ideal location for a visit to Annecy old town and lake.

The location was excellent - just a 10 minute walk to the centre. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is very well equipped and the host had left us some drinks in the fridge, including a bottle of Prosecco. There were just the two of us but it would be ideal also for a family.

The only thing which bothered us a little was that we found it very difficult to park when we arrived. There are several schools in the area and there seemed to be a function going on in one of them. The next morning we were able to park outside the apartment block with ease.

Great flat, I highly recommend!

Lovely flat!! The sauna and jacuzzi are a great plus! Location is great and it’s easy to find a parking space close to the flat. The host has been very flexible and very responsive. I highly recommend 😊

Relaxing start to our holiday.

We’ve arrived at this beautiful apartment - the detailed instructions were excellent and very clear. What a lovely job they have done making it look so welcoming! It has been decorated with such care and love - we were just admiring the shelves with the pictures and bottles! The bed is very comfortable and supportive - we are older and that is so important for us. I have trouble with my back, so know this is a sincere comment. We found the Intermarche - closer than Google maps showed us - and returned with food to cook and a bottle of Aperol. The lovely little things left - the Prosecco was so appreciated as we had spritzes with dinner. The chocolates, bag of chips to enjoy with our drinks, napkins on the table - loved all the things that were supplied - so very thoughtful and made us feel so welcome. All the appliances are very easy to use. We’ve encountered induction cooktops before, but have regularly been stumped with how to operate them. This one was so easy. Very well thought out. We usually would return to the apartment after 5pm and didn’t encounter any problem finding parking, but when school is still happening, it might be a little challenging. We didn’t expect such warm weather, but the fans did a good job of making it comfortable at night. This is a very nice, quiet place to stay, easy and close to Annecy center. Netflix on the TV so we had English speaking programs to watch.

Near perfect apartment, loved it.

Fabulous apartment. Clean, spacious and airy with wide windows that open fully, each has a metallic screen cover for use at night. Modern well- equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, large enough pots to steam huge artichokes we bought from nearby Grand Frais supermarket, new oven. Great Bialetti to make stovetop coffee with coffee grounds provided; we didn’t use the coffee pods which they also provided. Super comfortable bed and pillows/ doona. Fantastic large spa bathtub. Toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwashing tablets, washing machine capsules provided so we didn’t have to buy. Chilled water, chocolates and chips ready to eat when we arrived (after a long bike ride so it was amazing). Wifi was good. TV with Netflix, Disney, Prime etc with version originale. (However no free to air TV). Nice useable balcony with small outdoor furniture pieces in sunshine. Street parking out front of apartment building in a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed 4 nights. Love the name of apartment: it is indeed a pearl, and it is located next to the road up to Semnoz D41 (we rode up via col de Leschaux) tho’ the road is hidden behind huge trees so you wouldn’t know it was there. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Details of entry were well described. Large appartment fully furnished with all kitch appliances and included a sauna which was a surprise. An abundant supply of complimentary drinks and an coffee pods was appreciated. Just a short walk to Old Town.

The apartment went above and beyond our expectations. It was clean and modern with the emphasis on quality. There were lots of little extra touches, such as a welcome bowl of treats, and drinks, including Prosecco, in the fridge. Communication with the host was excellent.

Though there was some information provided regarding wifi, local supermarket etc, it would have been helpful to have had something a little more in-depth and substantial such as a welcome book with additional instructions on how to operate the oven, jacuzzi, washing machine, etc, along with a list of local activities, recommended restaurants and events.

Расположение в тихом месте, с балкона открывается вид на лес, но очень близко от исторического центра и в 15 минутах ходьбы от вокзала. Современный ремонт, наличие всего необходимого,а главное- сауна и джакузи прямо в спальне. Идеальная чистота! Было очень приятно, что нам оставили напитки и сладости в качестве подарка при заселении.

Super adresse !

Les instructions étaient très complètes, les hôtes facilement joignables si besoin. L'appartement est grand, bien placé, extrêmement propre, avec beaucoup d'attentions! La rue principale est payante pour se garer l'été mais la petite rue derrière gratuite. La situation géographique est top, je recommande!

Excellente journée séjour

Un séjour d'exception. Nous avons réservé cet appartement à l'occasion de la fête du lac et nous avons énormément apprécié le séjour. Il est assez facile de se garer proche de l'entrée de parking. L'emplacement à approximativement 15min du Vieux Annecy et 20min du lac à pied. Le calme la nuit. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée, les chocolats (les enfants ont vraiment apprécié). Le bain à remou + sauna dans la chambre également après une bonne journée de marche ont été fort appréciable. Petit tip pour les prochains voyageurs n'hésitez pas à avertir les hôtes si vous ne buvez pas d'alcool. Je ne veux pas vous spoiler mais ça peut être une info utile pour eux 🙂

Tout était parfait dans ce logement, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement était très propre. Les équipements était parfait ( bain à remou, sauna , équipement cuisine, machine à laver etc etc ) L’emplacement était bien aussi, possibilité de tout faire à pied. Résistance très calme. Très confortable, apparemment très ensoleillé avec un petit balcon, décoré avec goût. Les équipements au top , petite intention à notre arrivée (friandises…)

Le sauna, pas facile à mettre en route malgré la feuille explicative. Mais le propriétaire nous a expliqué par téléphone, et tout a fonctionné.

C'est vraiment un magnifique appartement bien agencé et bien situé : proche du viel Annecy, je conseille vivement ! Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de place de parking privée car un peu compliqué de trouver une place dans la rue... peut-être dû au marché de Noël...

بصراحه كل شي جميل للامانه كل ما تحتاجه راح تلاقيه عندهم مطبخ فيه كل شي قدور وطاوات حتى جهاز شوي جميع مستلزمات المطبخ فيه وغسيل مع ادواتها وتجفيف وشاشه فيها يوتيوب وكل شي وسناكات وقهوة وغلايه وكوايه مهتمين بتفاصيل التفاصيل نظافه وراحه ومكان راقي وجميل وتعامل اجمل وتعاون من الجميع مهما وصفت ما اوفيهم حقهم الصراحه يستاهلون 7 نجوم والله جد شي جميل جدا راح اكرر الزياره عدة مرات شكرا كثير لكم 🤍🤍🤍🤍
