Excellent standard and great value for money

Hotel was a ‘Joy’ to stay at…very modern and clean throughout. The addition of the spa was a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the extended timings meant we could enjoy a lie in the morning . Would recommend

I liked only the staff, a guy that was working in the night was very friendly.

Very poor higiyene, mold smelled really bad in bathroom as well in sleeping room. Also the flor was a bit narrow, dusty room, overall not a good value for money.

Wouldn't be back

The room was very very small. There are holes in the floors covered with some fake wood panels. You can't park your car in the hotel, the parking is 300 meters away and you have to walk. Now that's a problem because it was snowing bad and it was very cold outside. I got sick from walking to the car and back to the hotel in that cold weather. You can't fix a bad hotel. It's a 2 star hotel at the most.

The parking is about 300 meters from the hotel and you can't get to the hotel with your car. A golf cart can be arranged to pick you up.

Nice experience in this floated hotel.

We had a free upgrade, and we enjoyed the view in the river. We booked the spa and it was all just for us. The bed was comfortable and big. The room had a lot of storage to place your suitcase and other items. The staff was kind and polite.

It was hard to find the location, and we had to call them. You need to leave the car 350m away and walk to the floated hotel, and that was not very convenient for us. The bathroom had a lot of mold, and the sink was clogged sometimes. The night lamps were broken.

Nice stay

View on the river was very nice. The design is moder, staff is very polite and professional, rooms are clean but small. Breakfast was good.

You have to walk from the parking to the hotel around 300 meters which is not nice if it is raining and during the night, however they offer to pick us up with golf cart but we don’t accept because we tough it is closer. Also there vas a strange odor in the bathroom despite being very clean.

Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel. The Hotel doesn't have it's own parking. athe parking is 300m away. They have buggies but no one available to drive them when you need to be transferred. The bathrooms are full of mould and have no ventilation.

It’s good to try it once, but that’s it.

About the property, we liked that is was quite, the concept that it was on the Danube river, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

About the property, we didn’t like that in the bathroom was a smell, not really pleasant; the TV is only in their language so for the price we pay, as foreigners, we think that they can at least buy a smart TV (for Netflix at least). Regarding the location they should put more visible signs for the people to find it more easier; you have to leave the car in the parking lot and then walk about 10-15 mins to the property. In the room there is a coffee machine, they do give you 2 free coffee’s, if you want more there’s only tea capsules (noting that the writing says “espresso”, which are not free, of course).

There was one guy in stuff, who was helpful and nice. SPA was quite ok, very private.

Disappointing from start to finish.

The view was okay and the beds weren't awful.

The room was extremely unclean, it was not as described nor did it look anything like the pictures. The windows were not cleaned on arrival and had spiders/spider webs all over them. There were marks on the bedding and the bedding was only sometimes cleaned/tidied during the day, on one occasion they tidied one bed but not the other? There was an dismal odor every time we entered the room after they "cleaned" it. The coffee machine was dirty and despite asking us if they would clean or replace the water pot they did not. The floor was dirty, the chair in the room was full of dust to the point that sitting on it created a cloud in the air and the ceiling was full of what we could only assume were the remains of squished bugs. There's no road access to the hotel, which is okay and has a fairly pleasant walk to civilization but it is lengthy and their golf cart that they have available to get you to the roads isn't always available. (That said the driver was delightful). Honestly the whole place was very disappointing and did not feel at all worth what we paid for it.

It was nice being on the river but a bit far from Main city but we knew that when booking was a bit tricky getting taxis because of the park but they helped with booking taxis

Great hotel, perfect location and a pleasant stay! highly recommended.

Everything about the hotel was fascinating, starting from the location to the room and view. The location is perfect it's in a park and it's a floating hotel on the river, it's the best experience. You will have alot of nearby choices to have breakfast and also it is at a walking distance to the Gardosh tower and Zemun center. You can have a morning and evening walk in the park along the river anytime of your stay which makes it special. Public transportation is easily accessible as the park lies down a main road. Definitely, will come back again!

Location on Danube very nice, but more for may-october period. Parking 300m away, and they pick and deliver you to you car with a Bugy. Anyway hotel has all amanities you need in a small boutique hotel. Very nice breakfast. Just one suggestion to put signs of food. There is no tea or coffee available to take yourself during breakfast. You have to ask for from the waiter. But nobody tell you you that you can order coffee or tea, they are included in the breakfast. Normally, the waiter should ask every client if they want coffee or tea.

Tiny bed with great view of Danude river, great breakfast and good service

The breakfast is excellent, including omelette, sausage, cheese, bread and salads etc. And every guest can have a cup of tea or coffee for free. Wonderful breakfast with view of Danube river. What's more is that actually we lost 300euro after landing in Belgrade. And after we thought about the whole way from airport to hotel, we suspected the money lost during we went outside for dinner between 4pm~9pm. So we asked the manager of the hotel for help to check the record of the camera. After some procedure to get the record, manager showed us the video. And after we check every half minute during the 5hours' record, we found nobody enter in our room. We have cleared the suspicion of the hotel. Although we lost 300 euro and couln't find them anymore which really ruin the beginning of the travel in Sebia. The corperation of the hotel and the profession showed by the female manager really inpressed me a lot. Thank you all by the way.

Before the arrival I have book the Spa on 11am at Friday 7/7 because hotel said that Thursday is the cleaning day and Spa close all day. But on Friday morning when I ask the front desk for the keycard of the Spa room. Front desk told me that my reservation was on 7/6 so no preperation on 11am 7/7. Although they found it was a mistake and prepare for me right away but the water is so cool that I could'n enjoy it at all. So please be careful and avoid this from happening.

Towels had a lot of stains (maybe they were clean, and this was a very old ones) so we needed to change them. Welcome brochure was in the mold Walls were very thin..we hear all conversations from the corridor, neighbors and reception. Free parking sometimes guarded by fraud workers who asks . money for free parking. This one is not related to the hotel, but affects to free parking
