Perfectly located, modern and clean and had everything you could ask for. Even a fan was proceeded for the room and milk in the fridge.
Only negative was the smell in the hallway accessing the flat. Not sure if it was a room freshener located in hallway but the smell was not pleasant. Although it is a shared hallway with no fresh air.

Location was fantastic as we had an event over the weekend at Bournemouth International Centre and it was only a 5 min walk away, property was well described and a comfortable few nights sleep was had! No street noise, well equipped for a short or long trip! Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful when needed.
The smell in the hallway did put me off initially, this didn’t reflect on the apartment as everything inside the home was clean and smelt fine. The smell must come from the neighbours so just a small warning when walking in but totally out of the control of the hosts. Aside from that I have nothing to complain about! Stay was lovely!!

Great location 5 mins walk from beach. 10 min walk to Bournemouth pier. Studio flat so great for couples. Easy access to bus routes to Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. Great real ale pub 7 mins walk - The Goat and Tricycle.
Always plenty of hot water. Washing machine.
On street parking in front of flat was always full, but we found easy free on street parking on West Overcliff drive, 5 min walk - probably busier in summer.
Bed was very soft.

It was close to the beach and had a great shower. It was easy to get into and secure. It’s a studio flat so the bedroom, sofa bed and bed are in the same space, which might not be clear from the photos. Absolutely fine for a night or two.
The mattress was quite soft and my friend said the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The floor was dirty and I had to dust off my feet before getting into bed.
