This apartment's showstopping feature is its idyllic view of Paignton harbour, complete with boats bobbing about in the sea and the town of Torquay visible in the distance. This postcard-perfect panorama can be enjoyed from the bay window in the living room or out on the home's large, private terrace, which also has seating for an alfresco supper. Though naturally overshadowed by what's happening outside, this home's interior is well worth closer inspection, too. The stark white walls reflect the copious amounts of natural light nicely and the tiled kitchen is welcomingly sleek, too. The two bathrooms have a bath and a shower, and although it may only be a small thing, we certainly appreciate having the choice. When you're ready for a day out, there's plenty going on in the immediate locale. The red sand of Fairy Cove is just two minutes' walk away, although there's a wealth of other nearby beaches to choose from, too. The park at Roundham Head is a lovely spot for coastal views and can be reached in under ten minutes on foot.
