Maintaining its original stone structure, this refurbished farmhouse is a traditional gem in the middle of emerald green hills. Split into three apartments – two on the ground floor, the other upstairs – as well as a separate annexe, this flexible home offers a choice of independent spaces to suit a group. Swim a few laps of the private pool surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, cypresses and rose bushes, and just take in the tranquillity of the setting. Later, take a walk in the organic vegetable garden to pick fresh produce for lunch. A large outdoor table shaded by white umbrellas makes for the perfect spot to dine with views of the Tuscan landscape. In the evening, have cocktails in the moonlit garden, or head indoors to relax on the plush white sofas in the main living room. We love the stunning chandeliers, vintage beds and faux fur rugs that lend this rustic home an air of luxury. Home truths: *There are no restaurants within walking distance.
