Alcudia Sea Apartment

Appartement très confortable. La terrasse et la piscine sont vraiment un plus. Très bon accueil et explication par Myriam qui sait se rendre disponible. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Les transports en commun sont proches de l'appartement. La literie est impeccable et confortable. La bouteille de mousseux à l'arrivée est un plus bien agréable.

Situé dans un grand ensemble, certains voisins ont tendance à écouter la télé très fort. Mais, Bonne isolation phonique fenêtres fermées.

The flat had everything you needed for a self-service holiday, including a beach chair and parasol, extra toilet rolls, sugar, cutlery, toaster, microwave etc The beds are comfortable Good sized varanda Excellent sized pool and not too rowdy whilst we were there Excellent size apartment and facilities nearby for kids Aircon in the living room and ceiling fans are excellent for when it's a bit hotter Very useful having a washing machine Powerful pressure in the shower Having beach towels were great 25mins walk to a beach (would recommend having a car though to properly explore the island)

Perhaps we didn't do our due diligence, however the area is not what we'd hoped. There are noisy bars, pubs, clubs around the area and because it echoes, this meant we didn't use the varanda at night because it wasn't peaceful The mattress cover on the beds are waterproof which means they are noisy and tend to heat up so you may wake yourself up with sweat all over your back There's a persistent smell of stagnant water which is probably due to the area, this meant not being able to sit in the varanda and having to close the sliding doors to sit in the living room at night, the smell was also often at the beach though so I think it's generally that aide of the island We were woken up at 8am one day by builders doing work which the host was responsive to There's a noisy neighbour who plays their TV very loudly disturbing not only us but also other neighbours (they were complaining to us too) All in all, a lovely flat with a responsive owner who lives in the building it just wasn't in an area we would typically choose to stay in

Todo estaba muy bien y muy limpio

Lovely apartment, easy access to Alcudia port, the beach, and the old town. Good area, the owner was a lovely and helpful, giving clear instructions on how to get there and access the apartment. Shops and restaurants nearby, food in the old town was wonderful.
