About this villa rental
Perfectly located just a few minutes from the impressive sandy beach of Playa De Muro and a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants, this villa is the perfect choice for a truly Majorcan holiday close to all amenities. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in modern interiors with air conditioning. The large private pool is surrounded by pleasant terraces and gardens that provide excellent privacy compared to other properties in a similar location. No car required!
Inside, the villa is laid out on a single floor and consists of a large bright living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, sofa bed) with adjoining dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer), a spacious master bedroom en suite with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside, a double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price) and the interiors have just been completely renovated.
Outside, the private pool is located on spacious terraces with Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. Umbrellas and 4 sun loungers are provided for guests to enjoy. There are also comfortable shaded rest areas and dining areas outside to relax further during the hottest hours of the day or to enjoy a delicious outdoor meal. A barbecue is provided.
Free air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00
There is private parking on the premises for those who wish to travel by car.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to note:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), for which reason close to your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The villa is spacious - perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was very clean and had everything we needed - including washing machine, dishwasher etc. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was great. The pool is a great size and very clean - The owners came to clean the pool regularly.
I have mobility issues and this property (being all on one level) was perfect for me.
There was an issue with the plumbing during our stay, but that was resolved quickly - thank you.
I think the description for this property should be amended. This is a good 15 minute walk from the beach - not " just a few steps" as described.
