A quiet villa with its own pool, located 800 m from the beach and 50 m from the main street in the port of Alcudia. Ideal for families with children or couples looking for peace and quiet. There is a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Since it’s located in the north of the island, the weather is excellent for all kinds of water sports. Extras: electricity is charged at 0.40 per electrical outlet. Approximately 10 euros per day for reasonable electricity use and the use of the hot/cold air conditioning unit. The Balearic Islands tourist tax is also payable and is collected directly by the host.
