Cozy Apartment Tenerife South Wifi & Pool

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce logement. Très confortable, propre et bien équipé, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour notre confort. La résidence est sécurisée avec un gardien à l’entrée, ce qui est très rassurant. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour se reposer. Un grand merci également au propriétaire, très poli, disponible et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Malheureusement le logement n'est pas climatisé et le logement n'a pas de place de parking privatif , vous êtes obligé de trouvé une place de parking dans la rue .

The complex has a really well designed communal swimming pool area with lots of established trees, palms and shrubs. The area is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is also very inviting. The apartment is large and offers plenty of space and storage for 2 people. The website photos also accurately represent the facilities. The owner was easy to communicate with, met us on arrival to handover keys and gave us a good overview of the complex and local area. We both enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Costa Silencio and Las Galletas and will return in the future.

The shower would benefit from an upgrade - but the existing unit was perfectly usable with plenty of hot water.

Location was good, property not as good as intended. Swimming pool good. Staff ok

The property I was In the bathroom needed to be replaced only one working light. Floor boards needed to be replaced and no pool or sea side view which I think sucks.
