Beautiful Apartment Hercules

I stayed at Beautiful Apartments Hercules in Costa del Silencio, Tenerife South for 10 nights and had a good experience overall. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had been fully renewed and everything felt fresh. It was also well equipped, even with basic condiments, which made cooking easy from day one. All appliances worked properly. The washing machine and the dishwasher were both in good working condition. You had everything you needed for daily use. There was laundry detergent, disinfectants, sponges, and all the necessary cutlery. The bedroom was completely updated and comfortable. You could see that effort had been put into improving the space. There was a small issue with the lock, but it was not something to worry about. Also, there was no strong pressure for the hot water during our stay, which could be improved. The balcony was closed and locked with some zip ties.At first this might seem inconvenient, but I actually appreciated it because it gave me peace of mind that no one could access it from outside. One thing missing was bed sheets for the pillows and a sheet for the sofa bed in the dining area, which we needed for the kids. It was not a major problem for us because we simply bought what we needed,also there was a cot with brand new mattress ,but we did not use it. At the beginning there was no hair dryer, but I contacted the landlord and he responded very quickly. He brought one and left it on the balcony, which I appreciated. During our stay, we also contributed a few things for future guests. We bought an umbrella and left it at the property. We also used the laundry detergent provided by the landlord, so we replaced it by leaving three liters of new detergent for the next guests. Overall, I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The apartment offers exactly what you pay for. It was clean,renovated, and functional. For the price, it delivers really good value.

Apartment in a good location,, lots of space,clean and have everything what you need

Only one toilet paper roll was left for all week,hard to find, the taxi driver couldn't find the apartment. It was only a thin sheet to cover at night,if you feel cold, nothing else to cover on.

Non funzionava la Tv, mancava la luce sopra alla cucina. Abbiamo trovato la casa con le pulizie da fare … dopo le lamentele sono arrivati a pulire . Addetta alla pulizia maleducata e sgarbata…
