The apartment was clean, cosy, had every appliance and utensil that you need, and in a quiet area. 15 mins drive to the airport and easy access to all local places.
The mattress was too firm for me so I slept on the sofa bed which was fine. Maybe a little paint refresh and attach the sockets to the wall for the boiler but these issues didn't stop me from enjoying the apartment.

The host is polite, and the hot water was in abundance. Quiet neighbourhood. The price was good, but we expected the flat to be cleaner.
This budget flat could be a real candy if the owners put some effort into and spend some money on it. It is long due to be maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Health and safety issues throughout. The door keylock isn't working well, we had to spend 3-5 mins every time to unlock the door.
