Spectacular 2BR in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown with Burj & Dubai Mall view by Rich Stay

The location of this property is truly exceptional. You probably won’t fully understand what “exceptional” means until you experience it for yourself. You have very quick and easy access to Dubai Mall, and you are almost in the center of everywhere you may want to go. There is a good supermarket on the second floor, where you can find almost anything you may need during your stay. On the same floor, taxis are always available. Our flight to Dubai was delayed, and we arrived at the property about two hours later than scheduled. However, Waseem was kindly waiting for us with a warm attitude, and we were able to check in very quickly.

Prachtige locatie, mooi terrein met 2 zwembaden, games room en vanaf je appartement zie je de burj Khalifa. De gastheer ook voortreffelijk.

The location is incredible. The bedrooms are big, with large windows so the bedrooms are very bright

The air conditioning never worked correctly. We asked the agent to come and he called maintenance who said it was "fixed" but the apartment never went below 26 degrees and we had to buy fans. The refrigerator didn't work correctly either so we had to put drinks into tbe freezer so that they would be cold. We were staying for one week so we needed a working refrigerator, this issue was raised with the agent but he had no solution and didn't try to fix it. It was his suggestion that we put things in the freezer before we drink them. There is only one shower and it is in the master bedroom (there are baths in both rooms)
